Member Clubhouse Access - Members Only - Firework Night 7th November

Please book a free ticket to access to the Clubhouse on Firework Night - up to 5 tickets per member of GRFC.

This will grant access to upstairs and balcony area of the Clubhouse.

You must have already purchased a valid ticket for entry into the grounds for the display.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR MEMBERS

Details are now available for the Godalming Town Fireworks which we are delighted to once again be hosting at Guildford Rugby Club in partnership with Godalming Town Council.
With a professional firework display, mobile bars, kiddies’ fun fair rides, a variety of street food promises to be a great evening out. We do hope you will support this event

As we are partnering with Godalming Council for this community event we are expecting in the region of 2500-3000 people on site on the night and safety is, of course, of paramount importance. Therefore, members should be aware that entry to the site will be allowed only with tickets purchased in advance available on our website – there will be no tickets available on the night.

Gates will open from 1800. Please see the website page for further details of the event an extensive FAQs section. Please remember to bring proof of payment to access the site.

Tickets are limited for the event and Godalming Council are expecting the event to be a sell out so please get booked in now to avoid disappointment!

Access to the clubhouse on the night will be restricted and only available to those members who have booked an add on which will entitle you to bar/function room and balcony access. These tickets are free of charge for paid up members and each member can book a maximum of 5 tickets – however you will also need to purchase a ticket to enter the grounds for the fireworks
. There will only be 160 of these tickets available (to manage fire regulations) and they can be booked at the bar or via the IG system.
A guest list will be on the front door where access will be managed on the night.

*Please note, the downstairs toilets in the clubhouse will be open to all.

PARKING

There will be a very limited number of on-site parking spots available, and these must be purchased in advance via pre-sale on via the website (cost £5). There will be no parking available on-site outside of this and we expect surrounding roads to be busy so where possible, we suggest you plan to come on foot. Disabled parking will be available (again please pre-book – limited spaces available).

CONCESSIONS

External to the clubhouse, there will be licensed bars and a selection of food will also be available outside the clubhouse with a variety of different street food outlets. There will be a couple of fair rides for the little ones.
