The Club House

Guildford Rugby Club is based at Broadwater Pavilion and was originally established in 1922.  There have been many upgrades since that date to build the best facilities we can, to support the rugby community and give a better offering to our members and local community.  The main bar lounge and larger function room are on the first floor with an accessible WC and large pitch facing balcony.  Other club facilities include extensive parking, gym, 6 pitches spread over the north and south fields and two flood lit pitches.  We also have on site personal trainers and physio.  We are eternally thankful to all those who have helped get the club to the place it is today.

Bar

Our fully stocked bar boasts a large variety of beer, wine and spirits. We support local breweries and distilleries and work with local suppliers to bring you the best products while supporting the community. 

Live Sports

The clubhouse is open for all International and Premiership rugby games. If there aren’t any rugby games available, then other domestic and international sports will be shown. Come down and watch on one of 7 large screen TVs including our biggest 86 inch monitor.

Our fully stocked bar is always open to members and the wider public and don’t forget to check out our bar menu with a range of freshly prepared home cooked hot food and snacks.

In-house Entertainment

Our dart board is open to anyone over 15, and our Fusball table is open to all, table tennis available upon request.

Children

Children are welcome in the clubhouse; we do ask that children are supervised at all times. We have a baby changing area on the first floor.

Dogs

Here at Guildford Rugby club, we understand that your canine companion is just as much a part of the family as anyone else. That’s why we welcome with open arms your four-legged friends into the clubhouse. Water is available out the front. We ask that dogs be kept on a lead and are friendly with other dogs and children. Please clean up after your dog, and don’t forget to take a treat from the bar. 

Getting Here

Car - Just off the A31 and A3 through Compton.

Train - Situated a 10-minute walk from Farncombe train station and a 10-minute drive from Guildford Station.

Getting Home

We have several local taxi companies that we use and will arrange for your safe transportation home.

Pitches

Guildford RFC boasts 5 full size pitches as well as Youth and Mini pitches on the Northfield. These can be broken down to over 26 pitches for our Mini’s festivals and half pitches for training events. With our excellent facilities, 8 changing rooms, showers and toilets to suit, our venue is popular with many sporting organisations from grass roots sports businesses, through 7’s Festivals to National Team training camps. Pitches can be hired for corporate events and private parties.

Clubhouse Conduct

Our clubhouse is welcome to all, not just club members, and as such we want to make sure everyone has a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Please consider our clubhouse rules:

• No stud boots upstairs
• Please be respectful to our staff, other patrons and our premises, staff reserve the         right to not serve anyone and remove anyone from the premises
• We have a zero-tolerance drug policy, anyone caught taking drugs on our premises     will be removed and the police called

No drinks or food to be brought on site, we have a fully stocked bar, a wide array of snacks and fresh in-house catering available.
