Junior Development Plans
Guildford RFC Junior Development Program is an age appropriate training structure where junior players can develop their skills and a love for Rugby. The club will create a fun, safe environment and structure where all volunteers & players will be actively supported, so that they fully enjoy their time at the club. Although we would love to find the next Jonny Wilkinson, It is not our priority. We strive to grow our players to their greatest potential but most importantly that they remain in the game, into adulthood, whether playing for Guildford or for other clubs.
