The Club has a zero-tolerance policy in regard to discrimination and/or harassment and will take appropriate action against anyone who exhibits discriminatory behaviours up to and including the application of our disciplinary policy.
It is everyone’s responsibility to challenge inappropriate behaviours whether directly or by reporting any incidents to a Club Official.
In particular, the Club will do everything reasonable and practical to ensure dignity and respect in relation to:
3. For clarity, harassment is any behaviour that undermines an individual’s dignity causing that individual to feel humiliated or intimidated and/or which creates a hostile, demeaning or offensive environment.
