GMS Account Creation for Parent/Guardian of Mini / Youth Player

Please access GMS by clicking here   RFU GMS  and click on "Create New Account".  When applying for a Mini or Youth (under 18) player, enter your details and create your account first and then later add your child / children, to create and link their GMS record to you. 

Click on "Create New Account"

Enter your details as the Parent / Guardian first

Use your proper name not nicknames or abbreviations (i.e Elizabeth not Liz, Charles not Charlie)

Ensure you enter the correct date of birth

Enter the Post Code and from drop down select your address

Check the details are correct and click "Next"

Enter and confirm your password, making sure you comply to the format

Make sure to check the relevant Privacy and Required Waivers check boxes.

Then click "Next"

Your GMS account is then created and your account 'Dashboard' is shown.

Under "Organisations" click on "Add a Club".

Use the Organisation Finder, enter all or first characters of "Guildford RFC"  and click  "Search"

In the search reults, click on the organsiation "Guildford RFC"

You are then returned to you account dashboard showing  'Guildford RFC' as an organisation you are successfully linked to.

The process for creating your account is complete, continue below to create the account/s for your child/children

Click on "Add Person" to create the GMS account for your Child .

Please enter their full name not abreviated or nicknames (i.e. Nickolas not Nick, Charles not Charlie) 

Please ensure you enter their correct date of birth!

Select the relationship this child is to you and check your defaulted contact information is correct.

Select "Yes" and enter detail of any relevant medical conditions, if none be sure to select "NO" 

Then click on "Save"

The GMS account for your child is then created and you are returned to their account  dashboard.

Click on "Add a club" and link their account to Guildford RFC.

In the green banner different "actions" will be shown, one being to register to play at Guildford RFC. 

(If known) add the playing postion, check and if necessary amend medical and emergency contact details. 

Search by name or location for their school.

Select the school and click "Submit Registration Form"

This is the final screen, your child is now "Youth" registered to play at Guildford RFC.

Go back to "to create the account/s for your child/children"  and repeat this process for each additional child.
